FINES ???

Well i notice that our mate Jurgen Klopp has been fine £ 75K and banned from the touchline for 2 games . This is after watching Football EX-Referee Howard WEBB setting out new rules for referee's /Manager's /Player's to abide by. Well for me they have fudged it yet again ,for Klopp's Bad Behaviour 2 game ban from touchline & A tickle of a fine £75 thousand ,for me he has missed the opportunity to get to the real problem and dish out penalties that mean something . I was listening to TALK SPORT ON RADIO AND THE MAJORITY on there said the fines were well short ,which should have tackled the problem even stronger ,i just wonder if S.A.F. been still on touchline what fine he would have got ???
